REFUNDS & RETURNS


RETURNS

Boards are non-returnable. As a result, we recommend that you carefully review your shopping cart prior to checking out, and to call us if you have any questions. We are unable to make any exceptions.

Other products may be returned if they remain in the same condition as when they were first received. For all returns, we will apply a (25%) restocking charge. You will be responsible for the cost of any necessary freight charges. Please obtain authorization from one of our internal team members prior to shipping back any orders.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please check your package for damage BEFORE signing. Should a delivery be refused, then return freight costs incurred may be your responsibility. Should you experience any issues or concerns upon delivery, then please call us at (888) 202-8512.

Should you receive your shipment with any damage to your merchandise, then please immediately take photos and email them to us at info@artsupply.com. Providing photos will be required as we need them to issue a claim with the shipping company.
