Here are our basic sales policies.

RETURN POLICY: foamcore.com offers a 10 day return policy on MOST items upon receiving your order. foamcore.com reserves the right to deny returns DEPENDING ON THE REASON AND CONDITION OF THE SALE. If we choose to accept returns, there will be a restocking charge depending on the item. Freight charges are non-refundable.
It is our policy that an authorization from an foamcore.Com representative is required before shipping the order back to us.

AUTHORIZATION: Authorizations will be issued after talking with a foamcore.Com customer service representative. Call Customer Service at 773-292-2992 and have the order number and item in question available when you call. If authorized, you have 10 days to return all items listed. All returns, other than defective products, must be unopened, in original packaging and in re sellable condition. You must note the sales persons name who you received the Authorization from. Credit, minus freight and restocking charges, will be issued after the receipt and inspection on all items returned.

CREDIT ISSUED: We will send a check to you after receipt of the goods , minus freight and restocking charges.


RETURNS: In the event of that your item was damaged in transit to you, A CLAIM MUST BE MADE TO THE UPS DRIVER and to foamcore.com  All freight claims are your responsibility, check your package for damage BEFORE signing. This makes it easier for you to make your freight claim with UPS.

YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO MAKE THE CLAIM FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR ITEMS UPON RECIVING THEM.If the item has a manufactured flaw, please contact us within 7 days at 773-292-2992 and we will help you get a replacement item from the manufacturer of the product. foamcore.com can not be held responsible for any damages due to handling, misuse of a product or damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of any product sold. Damage claims do not apply to fragile items such as pastels cracked in transit .

SHIPMENT ERRORS : If you have received the wrong product due to our error, you have 10 days to make a claim. Please see RETURN POLICY.

CANCELLING ORDERS: We allow a window of 15 days to ship your order out. This is required if an item is back order. If we do not have your order shipped out ( but not necessarily received) within 15 days, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
